After a manuscript is accepted, an Article Processing Charge (APC) is required to support the editorial, peer-review, and publication processes involved in preparing the article for release. The submitting author assumes full responsibility for the APC payment of USD $3619 per article, and once the payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued.
