As an editor at OPENPUB Global Publishers, you are responsible for managing the editorial process, ensuring the quality and integrity of each manuscript submitted to your journal, and maintaining an ethical and transparent review process.

Editor Responsibilities

1. Initial Evaluation: Editors are responsible for performing an initial evaluation of all submissions to determine if they are suitable for peer review based on their quality, relevance, and scope of the journal.
2. Selecting Reviewers: Editors select appropriate reviewers who are experts in the subject matter of the manuscript. Reviewers should be independent and impartial, with no conflicts of interest.
3. Managing the Peer Review Process: Editors coordinate the peer-review process, ensuring that reviewers provide timely, detailed, and objective evaluations. They also ensure that the review process is transparent and fair.
4. Decision-Making: Based on the feedback from reviewers, editors make decisions about whether a manuscript should be accepted, rejected, or revised. Editors should communicate decisions clearly and provide authors with reviewer comments.
