Author Guidelines

The Journal of Robotics, AI & Computer Applications welcomes the submission of original research articles, reviews, case studies, and short communications in all areas related to robotics, artificial intelligence, and their applications. Authors are encouraged to submit high-quality, original work that advances knowledge and promotes innovation in these rapidly evolving fields. The following guidelines will help authors prepare their manuscripts for submission.

Manuscript Submission Process

  1. Submission: Manuscripts should be submitted through the journal’s online submission system. All manuscripts will undergo a peer-review process to ensure scientific rigor and quality.
  2. Formatting: Authors should follow the journal’s submission template. The manuscript should be typed in a standard font (Times New Roman, 12-point), with double spacing. Please ensure that all sections are clearly labeled (e.g., Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, References).
  3. Abstract: Each manuscript should include an abstract of no more than 250 words, summarizing the key findings of the research and its significance.
  4. Keywords: Authors should provide 3-6 relevant keywords to assist in the indexing and categorization of their article.

Types of Articles

The journal accepts the following types of articles:

  • Original Research Articles: Full-length papers that present original and novel research findings in the fields of robotics, AI, and their applications.
  • Review Articles: In-depth reviews that summarize current research, highlight trends, and discuss future directions in robotics and AI.
  • Short Communications: Brief reports that introduce new findings or innovative approaches in a concise format.
  • Case Studies: Practical applications and case studies that demonstrate how robotics and AI technologies have been applied to solve real-world problems.
  • Letters to the Editor: Correspondence on recent articles, research discussions, or new findings in the field.

Article Processing Charges (APC)

As an open-access journal, we provide unrestricted access to all published articles. Authors are required to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) upon acceptance of their manuscript. The APC ensures that we can maintain the journal’s quality and accessibility, allowing us to disseminate high-quality research to a global audience.

Review and Acceptance Process

Upon submission, each manuscript will be evaluated by experts in the field through a double-blind peer review process. Authors will receive feedback from reviewers and may be required to revise their manuscript before final acceptance. Once accepted, articles are published rapidly to ensure the swift dissemination of important research findings.
