Author Guidelines

We welcome original research, reviews, case studies, clinical trials, and meta-analyses related to pediatrics. Authors are invited to submit manuscripts that align with the aims and scope of the OPENPUB Journal of Advances in Pediatrics.

Submission Requirements:

  • Manuscripts must be submitted electronically via our online submission system.
  • The manuscript should be prepared in accordance with our formatting guidelines.
  • All manuscripts must be in English.
  • Authors are encouraged to submit original and previously unpublished work.
  • Manuscripts should include a concise abstract (250 words maximum) and keywords (4-6 words) that capture the essence of the research.

Types of Articles:

  • Original Research: Detailed research studies that present novel findings in pediatric medicine.
  • Review Articles: Comprehensive reviews of current trends and literature in pediatric topics.
  • Clinical Trials: Articles detailing the methodology, results, and implications of clinical trials in pediatric healthcare.
  • Case Studies: Reports on unique or rare pediatric cases with relevant clinical insights.
  • Short Communications: Brief articles presenting preliminary findings, innovative ideas, or significant developments in pediatrics.
  • Letters to the Editor: Responses to previously published articles or commentary on current issues in pediatric medicine.

Peer Review Process:

All submitted manuscripts undergo a thorough peer-review process, ensuring the highest standards of scientific accuracy and quality. The editorial team, consisting of experts in various pediatric specialties, ensures that only high-quality manuscripts are published.

Article Processing Charges (APC):

Upon acceptance of a manuscript, authors will be required to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) to cover the costs associated with the peer-review, editing, and publication process. Please note that the APC details will be provided shortly.

Authors should ensure that their research adheres to ethical standards, particularly with respect to research involving human participants or animals. Ethical approval for studies should be obtained from the relevant institutional review boards or ethics committees.
