Author Guidelines

The Economic Journal of Trade and Marketing invites authors to submit original research articles, case studies, reviews, and theoretical papers for consideration. Manuscripts should be submitted via the journal’s online submission system. All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process, managed by our editorial board, to ensure high-quality, impactful research.

Article Types

We welcome submissions in the following categories:

  • Original Research Articles: Presenting novel research findings in economics, trade, or marketing.
  • Review Articles: Summarizing and synthesizing existing literature on specific topics within the journal’s scope.
  • Case Studies: Real-world examples of successful or challenging marketing and trade strategies or economic policies.
  • Theoretical Papers: Offering new models, frameworks, or theoretical perspectives in economics, marketing, or trade.

Formatting Guidelines

  • Manuscripts should be submitted in English.
  • The manuscript should be formatted in accordance with the journal’s style guide, which includes specific formatting for citations, references, and figures.
  • All manuscripts should be accompanied by an abstract of 150–250 words that summarizes the key findings and contributions of the paper.
  • Keywords should be provided (3-6 words), relevant to the manuscript’s content.

Peer Review Process All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer-review process. Authors will receive feedback from at least two independent reviewers, who will assess the quality, originality, and relevance of the manuscript. Based on reviewer comments, the manuscript will be accepted, revised, or rejected.

Ethical Considerations Authors must ensure that their work adheres to ethical guidelines regarding research, citation, and plagiarism. All studies involving human participants or animal subjects must comply with relevant ethical standards and obtain necessary approvals.

APC (Article Processing Charge) The Economic Journal of Trade and Marketing follows an open-access publishing model, ensuring that all content is freely available to readers worldwide. To support this model, the journal requires an Article Processing Charge (APC) upon acceptance of an article for publication. Specific APC details will be provided upon acceptance of the manuscript.
